Shooting of TV-Series on Life of Mikhail Krug Launched in Tver

Shooting of the four-serial film about the life and death of the popular singer of Russian Chanson Mikhail Krug has been started in Tver. The film will be titled Legends about Krug.

      The beginning of work on the project is timed to the 50th anniversary since the singer's birth and the 10th anniversary since his tragic death.

      Mikhail Krug was shot to death in his own house in Tver on the night of June 30 to July 1, 2002. The script for the film has been written by Ilya Shilovsky, who has thoroughly studied the singer's biography.

      The biopic features actors Yuri Kuznetsov-Tayozhny, Aleksander Domogarow, Ivan Dobronravov, Sergei Gazarov, and others. The film director is Timur Kabulov, the producer is the film director Karen Oganesyan.
