One of the largest tyre producer in China, Triangle Group, has decided upon its tyre plant location in Russia. The plant which will produce 4-6 million tyres a year will be placed in Bashkiria. The project will get 250 million euro investments.
Bashkiria will grant Triangle Group some tax benefits. So the company will be exempted from property tax for ten years. It will get pretty benefits in profit and land taxes.
In 2011 Triangle Group sold 366 thousand tyres in Russia. In the first quarter 2012 the sales result has become 180 thousand tyres, what has let the company to have 3.3% of truck tyre market and 0.98% of motor car tyre market.
