The company TransTelekom (TTK), a subsidiary of Russian Rail Roads, has made a decision to sold its 90 % block of shares of one of the most successful Russian football clubs Lokomotiv (Moscow), reports RIA news, referring to the company’s president Vyacheslav Sotnik.

      
TransTelekom is going to sell Lokomotiv FC to another Russian Rail Roads’ subsidiary for about 2.25 billion rubles (about US $ 70.3 million), what equals to the balance cost of its shares.

      
Lokomotiv Moscow is one à the most successful Russian football clubs. The club won the Russian Premier League two times (in 2002 and 2004) and the Russian Cup a record of five times.

      
In 2011 the club has gained the profit for the first time, it amounted 227 million Rubles (about US $ 7.09 million).
