38% of Russians are glad with Olympic results

More than third of Russians (38%) consider the performance of Russian Olympic team at XXX Olympic Games in London to be successful, says the research of the Public Opinion Fund.

19% of supporters have claimed the Team has fulfilled their expectations. At the same time 32% of respondents are not pleased with the results.  The discontent was mostly caused by few number of gold medals (10%) and bad sportsmen’s preparation.

The Games were followed by no less than 60% Russians.

XXX Olympic Games in London were held from 27 July up to 12 August. Russia is ranked the fourth with 24 golden, 26 silver and 32 bronze medals.
