A 85-storey skyscraper, called ‘Eye’ (‘Oko’) is to build in the Moscow International Business Center ‘Moscow City’.
The two towers, a 85-storey skyscraper with ready-to –use apartments and a 49-storey office building are planned to be erected in the 16th plot of the Moscow City by the developer Capital Group.
The project is designed by the American architectural and engineering firm Skidmore, Owings & Merrill LLP (SOM). It is planned to be completed and set into operation in 2015.
The business complex will offer individually-designed apartments, A-class offices, fitness and SPA centers, open tennis courts, a cinema, restaurants and bars.
In 2015 Delano Hotel Moscow for 160 rooms is to be opened in the complex. It will be the second international hotel under the brand Delano by the Morgan Hotel Group.
The project is estimated at about US $350 -400 million, says Georgy Dzagurov, the General Director of Penny Lane Realty, reports The Kommersant.
