Soloist of Sepultura Opens Charitable Exhibition in Petersburg
Derrick Green

Derrick Green, the frontman of the well-known Brazilian death-metal band Sepultura, has arrived in Petersburg for opening of his charitable photo-exhibition in Domina hotel.

This summer the popular band is making an intense world tour, and the singer using rare two free days has come from Prague.

The musician’s works displayed in Petersburg depict landscapes, urban scenes, nature and rare domestic scenes. Derrick Green agrees that his photos differ from the tough Sepultura style, but points out that both types of creativity supplement each other.

The photo exhibition in Petersburg has become the first one of the cycle of Green’s exhibitions, which will take place in London and Moscow, as well as other European capitals. The exhibition in the Domina hotel, 99, Moika Street, is free and runs till September 25.

Proceeds from sold photos will be allocated for the repair of an orphanage in Petersburg.
