On November 15-17, an International Gourmet Festival will take place in Veliky Novgorod with the restaurants awarded the Michelin stars participating.

      According to the organizers, special days of different national cuisines with master-classes and dishes tasting will take place within the framework of the festival. Restaurant "Ilmen" will hold the days of Catalan cuisine, restaurant "The Good People" - Czech cuisine, "Volkhov" - Turkish cuisine and "Berg's House" - Estonian cuisine.

      The best Michelin stars awarded cooks will take place in the festival - team from the gastronomic capital of Catalonia - Cambrils, team from the Paris hotel Adria, team from Turkey and a chief cook from the Tallinn's restaurant Mannerheim.

      European specialists will hold public lessons for Novgorod cooking lovers, presenting traditional dishes of their countries and their own gastronomic masterpieces.
