The financial infrastructure of Sochi is not ready to accept guests of Sochi Olympic Games 2014, claimed Alexey Voylukov, the Head of the Main Department of the Central Bank of Russia in Krasnodar Kray at the International Bank Forum in Sochi. In the city there are too few automatic teller machines and shops where customers can pay for goods and services with banking cards. This may cause queues.

Sochi is actively developing in the sphere of finance services, but there are many problems in the banking sector. Krasnodar Kray is ranked third on the number of ATMs and self-service banking terminals.  

At that the average number of ATMs in Russia is seven times less than in Europe.

According to Mr. Voylukov, Krasnodar Kray needs 2-2.5 thousand self-service banking terminals more, what will cost about 50 million Rubles.
