Russia Confirms a Facilitated Visa Regime With Japan

A preliminary agreement between Russian and Japanese Foreign Ministers in January 2012 concerning the facilitation of visa regime between the two countries has been approved by the Prime Minister.

      A special commission will now be formed to prepare a document to be ratified by the State Duma.

      The Head of Russian Foreign Ministry has gone into an agreement about simplified visa terms in order to foster cultural and humanitarian exchanges between Russia and Japan.
