KAMAZ announced 56.6 billion Rubles revenue

The largest Russian heavy truck manufacture KAMAZ OJSC has announced 56.6 billion Rubles revenue in the first half of 2012.


      

In the first half of 2012, the company’s revenue has increased 28% and amounted 56.6 billion Rubles, the net profit has grown 33% and made up 2.7 billion Rubles. The positive results have been gained due to increasing trucks sales volume and company’s control of its costs.


      

KAMAZ has sold 23.1 thousand trucks for the period, what is 19.7% more than the previous one.


      

KAMAZ has managed to reduce the growth of costs: the commercial expenses have grown 16% up to 2.86 billion Rubles in the first half 2012, the administrative expenses have reduced 10% and amounted 2.93 billion Rubles.


      

KAMAZ Group is the largest automobile corporation of the Russian Federation. OJSC KAMAZ ranks 16th among the world's top heavy truck manufacturers.
