Ennio Morricone to Give Last Concert in Moscow in Honor of His Anniversary

The Italian composer and conductor Ennio Morricone will take the stage of the State Kremlin Palace in Moscow on December 6 in the framework of his world anniversary tour to mark the completion of his concert activity.

      The world tour is timed to Morricone's 85th anniversary that is coming in 2013. In Moscow the maestro will act with the symphonic orchestra Sofia and a chorus of 100 people to present the program which has gathered “the best of his life".

      Morricone has come to Russia five times before. He gave concerts in the Kremlin Palace in 2005 and 2008, in Barvikha Luxury Village in 2009 and the City Crocus Hall on the International Women's Day in 2011, again gave a concert in the Kremlin at the end of the year 2011.
