November 11 will see an historical reconstruction of one of the battles in the course of Sebastopol defense operation of 1941. Around 300 participants will take part in the event, coming from historical reconstruction clubs in Brest (Belarus), Moscow (Russia), and nearly all principal Ukrainian cities: Kyiv, Kharkiv, Lviv, Vinnytsia, Sebastopol, Dnipropetrovsk, Kerch, Eupatoria, and Odessa.
The reconstruction will begin on November 9 with a foot passage of all participants in uniform, carrying models of the WW2 weapons. The route of about 30km will be interrupted with a night stay in Chernorechensky Canyon. The final destination of the passage will be a camp near Balaclava.
At 1pm (11am Ukrainian time) on November 11 the reconstruction begins; it is expected to last for over 1 hour. According to the scenario, a small concert of the military brigade will be interrupted by the air raid. Artillery, tanks, automobiles and motorcycles, around 10 machine guns will take part in the reconstruction.
Over 3000 spectators are expected to attend the event.
