The head of the Production center of "Lenfilm" Andrey Sigle was dismissed from his post without any explanation.

      “I have got a document stating that I am dismissed, but it does not say from which date and for what reason” – the producer of films of the well-known director Alexander Sokurov said to Interfax journalists on Tuesday.

      At the same time Andrey Sigle mentioned that three days before the chairman of the Lenfilm directors’ board Feodor Bondarchuk promised to cinematographers that he would not discharge him. “He firmly said: “Yes, he will stay”. And three days later I get this document about my dismissal” - the agency quotes the well-known producer.
