Works on laying of the foundation of the belltower of the Uspensky Cathedral has been started in the Tula Kremlin.

      The governor of Tula Region Vladimir Gruzdev announced that the Tula Kremlin should be completely opened as a sight. Works on accomplishment of the Kremlin are now well under way.

      The fund for revival of the cultural heritage site Tula Kremlin daily receives assets for restoration of the architectural monument. So far the donations received amount to 8 281 485 rubles.
