A woman with white wings and a halo has been spotted on the busiest streets of Russia’s Kaliningrad region to warn drivers against speeding.
Olga Maschenko, a freelance traffic police officer, has decided to become a "guardian angel" in order to remind drivers to watch their speed. She usually stands on the side of the road, making gestures for driver to reduce speed and talking to some of them about traffic rules
Olga's appearance always makes Russian drivers smile and respond positively. Some daredevils even wanted to take Olga with them, but her fellow police officers are always on her guard.
