December 1, 2012 will see a celebration of the Day of African Elephant at the Moscow Zoo.

      Among various events there will be a demonstration of elephant training and several educational events telling visitors more about the disappearing elephant species.

      Moscow Zoo will thus mark the International Elephant Day celebrated this year throughout Europe in support of the elephant population in the world, and especially in South-East Asia.
