Moscow Metro Passenger Flow Increased By 450 Thousand, Due To Snow
30.11.2012 16:06

The appeals of the Moscow Government to use the public transport have not fallen on deaf ears. However, it is unclear whether this was for the better.

The passenger flow on the Moscow Underground has increased by 450 thousand people on Thursday and Friday, leading to overstretching the capabilities of the major transport system in the megalopolis.

The snowfall is expected to reduce over the weekend, but in the meantime citizens are advised to leave their houses at least 20 minutes earlier to avoid getting late.
