The Ministry of Education and Culture of Tula region declared an open competition for the design of the monument to Russian rock musician, singer, poet and actor Igor Talkov.

      

The monument will be installed in the town of Shchyokino. The participants of the contest should not only create a project of the sculpture composition, but also to develop proposals on the beautification of the neighborhood. Three the best versions will be awarded diplomas and cash bonuses in the amount of:

      

      
• I place - 150 000 rubles;

      
• II place - 100 000 rubles;

      
• III place - 50 000 rubles.

      

      

The applications for participation in the competition are submitted to the Ministry of Education and Culture of Tula region.
