These works won recognition in Moscow a year ago, and in the October of this year they were shown at the State Russian Museum within the frame of the solo exhibition. Majestic and monumental portraits of wild animals and stunning sceneries – each work is filled with its special energy that makes the viewer stand still, feel and realize the strength, ferity and unshakable constancy, which are inherent in the nature, and that we so often forget in the fuss of the fast life of the metropolitan city.

Lyalin derives his inspiration, as usual, from the African continent - in the Serengeti National Park of Volcanoes in Uganda, in Botswana, Kenya and South Africa. Enough attention is paid by the photographer to the process of printing photos. All Lyalin`s works are performed on the cotton paper with the use of archival pigments – this allows to obtain a truly museum quality of the pictures.
