The Picture Of the Great Soviet Epoch Presented in the Monologue Book of Rafik Nishanov

Rare photos of family life and work, people, archival documents and specific details of the life of the USSR political mastermind Rafik Nishanov are reflected in the new edition "The trees become green before snow storms".


The journalists who were familiar with the main character of the book tried to fit the full life story of the diplomat in 350 pages, Nishanov made a great contribution to the development of Russian-Uzbek friendship. Reading the book you can dip into the history of Soviet Russia. Not only vivid memories of Nishanov`s life are collected here, but also the politician`s impressions of those with whom his fate brought him close. Among them are Leonid Brezhnev, Andrei Gromyko, Sharaf Rashidov, Mikhail Gorbachev, Sergey Lavrov, King Hussein of Jordan, the leader of the Ismailis, Prince Karim Aga Khan IV. Exciting stories from the memoirs of prominent Nishanov`s contemporaries are supplemented with the photographs from his personal archive.
