Rare photos of family life and work, people, archival documents and specific details of the life of the USSR political mastermind Rafik Nishanov are reflected in the new edition "The trees become green before snow storms".

The journalists who were familiar with the main character of the book tried to fit the full life story of the diplomat in 350 pages, Nishanov made a great contribution to the development of Russian-Uzbek friendship.
