Billionaire Mikhail Prokhorov says the Russian response to the US Magnitsky Act indicates Russia’s slackening position on the international arena and a drift towards isolationism.
In his blog, a 2012 presidential candidate and the owner of New Jersey Nets saw the traces of the Cold War in the bill almost unanimously approved by the Russian parliament and signed into law by the president.
The bill reveals that the hawks groups in the power elite have prevailed, he said.
