30 thousand people to visit the home of Ded Moroz

The home town of Ded Moroz, Velikiy Ustug, is ready to welcome 30 thousand visitors during the New Year vocations, informs Interfax.


      

‘About 30 thousand people are expected to visit Velikiy Ustug from the 1st up to the 10th January. The visitors are mostly children with their parents,’ said the Head of Tourist Department in Velikiy Ustug.


      

50 % of tourists arrive from Moscow and St. Petersburg. Special tour trains are organized from Yekaterinburg, Izhevsk, Krasnodar Krai, Kirov and Archangel Regions. The tour trains arrive at stations Krasavino, Velikiy Ustug and Kotlas Uzhniy.
