Ervington Investments has acquired a 3.5 percent stake in Oxford Catalysts Group Plc for $10 million.

Set up by Roman Abramovich, Ervington Investments has specialized in investment in green technologies.

Oxford Catalysts holds a portfolio of over 750 patents and develops cutting-edge technologies for the next generation of clean fuels from gas, biomass, coal and waste, through steam methane reforming.

According to Bloomberg, Oxford Catalysts sealed two valuable contract with British Airways and Russia’s oil giant Rosneft last year.
