Russian to Condemn Bolivia's Coca Addiction

The Bolivian government denounced the Convention on June 29, 2011, indicating its intention to re-accede with a reservation. The same reservation was in place for 25 years but had long elapsed. 

The Russian president has submitted a bill to the national parliament detailing its objection to Bolivia’s intention. 

Earlier, similar objections have been voiced by the U.S., UK, Italy, Sweden, Canada,
