The British pop band Pet Shop Boys will perform in Moscow again soon. The concert in support of the duet’s recent album will be held in Crocus City Hall on June 5, 2013, the Pet Shop Boys website reports.
The tour in support of the CD Elysium has been titled Electric. It is going to start at a festival in São Paulo (Brazil) on May 25 and the Moscow Concert has been scheduled the second in the tour; performances in Barcelona, London, Manchester, Dortmund, Freiburg, Munich and Berlin have also been planned already.
The 11th album of the synth-pop classics was released in September, 2012. Three songs from it were released as singles, namely Winner, Leaving and Memory of the Future, the latter released on 31 December 2012.
Neil Tennant and Chris Lowe repeatedly performed in Russia; last time it happened in summer 2012 when they crowned Afisha Picnic Festival since they had to replace sick Bjork urgently.
