The conception of the development of the territory of one of the oldest and largest Russian enterprises - confectionery factory Bolshevik – was announced.

At the territory of the factory a museum of modern art and modern painting will be situated, as the owner of Tactics group, the chairman of the company Paul Shishkin said. Shishkin noted that in the establishment of the museum the world's requirements for such buildings will be considered - the standards of paintings transportation, their safety, security, storage temperature and others. "This museum will be alike with the modern museum of London, and the investments in it are serious. It is really an expensive undertaking, but we hope that it will work as a kind of an "anchor" of the project and will play an important role in turning the industrial territory of the former factory to the cultural area" - he said. According to the development concept on the place of former "Bolshevik" a total area of 5.5 hectares with the walking parkland connecting Leningradskiy prospect with Skakovaya street should appear. The full completion of the project is expected in 2015-2016.
