Grandiose ART PERM Festival Opens in Perm

ART PERM festival - one of the brightest projects in the city – has been started in Perm.

Creations by more than 200 Russian and foreign art groups reflect and manifest a wide variety of subjects, genres and styles. Visitors will see a range of paintings, drawings, sculptures, and folk crafts in the exhibition center Perm Fair that is housing the art festival.

For the first time the city dwellers and guests can get acquainted with the exposition of the largest non-state Museum of Modern Art in Russia — “Erarta” from St. Petersburg.

Visitors will see canvases by nonconformist artists and young, but already well-known authors.

Art lovers can also dwell into the realm of national painting, which opens at the stall of 25/17 Gallery and the Tyumen collector David Hevsuriani.

The collection of the museum of the Soviet naïve art, national costumes, the Red Cucumber project — these and many other things are waiting for visitors of the ART Perm exhibition. The art salon runs from January 18 till January 27 at the Perm Fair exhibition center.
