Megafon’s owner Usmanov is ranked 36th, worth $19.8 billion, Vekselberg is trailing behind, at 43rd place with $17.4 billion, NLMK owner Lisin is placed 46th, with $16.8 billion, Interros’ Potanin holds 49th place, owning $16.2 billion.

The list also includes Mikhail Fridman, Aleksey Mordashov, Roman Abramovich, Andrey Melnichenko, Mikhail Prokhorov, Vagit Alekperov, and Oleg Deripaska.
