The 60th anniversary since the start-up of the first trolleybus in Saratov was celebrated last year.
Some enthusiasts have decided to find and restore a few old buses and trolleybuses by this date.
Overage old transport was written off and often used as garages, sheds, country houses and change houses. The Saratov adherents led by a designer addressed to the population. At first there were data only about two restored copies. The tram X was settled down in a museum on Sokolova Hill, and the ZIU-5 trolleybus was located in the Trolz plant territory in Engels.
At the moment restoration of MTB-82 trolleybus is carried out, the website of Fans of Retro Cars Club reports.
