The festival "Ostrovsky in the Ostrovsky`s house" opens at the Moscow Maly Theatre by the performance based on the play “The truth is good, but happiness is better" of the Minsk Gorky Drama Theatre.

This year's forum is being held for the tenth time. In addition to Minsk the performances on Ostrovsky will be presented at the Maly Theatre by the troops from Orenburg, Ryazan, and Omsk. The festival poster depicts the plays "Crazy Money", "Enough Stupidity in Every Wise Man ", "The Storm". Along with the well-known companies the Moscow theater studio "Revelation" will also take part in the festival. The festival program will be closed by the troop of the Maly Theatre the stage of which hosted all the performances on the plays by Ostrovsky.
