The Best Feature Film of 2012 became "The White Tiger" by Karen Shakhnazarov.

This movie won the national film award "Golden Eagle", the awarding ceremony of which was held at the "Mosfilm" studio. The award was presented by the famous cameraman Vadim Yusov. "The White Tiger" tells the story about World War II.

The film was nominated for the American Academy of Motion Picture Award "Oscar", but it was not listed among the chosen nominees.
