The project of the future metro station "Volkhonka" of Kalininsko-Solntsevskaya metro line involves the decoration of the platform by the copies of exhibits from the Pushkin Museum of Fine Arts.

The feature of the station is that the passenger area will be separated from trains by the sliding doors. The stations "Plyushchikha" and "Kutuzovskiy Prospect" will be in tune with the station in architectural style and color scheme. The station "Park Pobedy" of Kalininsko-Solntsevskaya metro line will be a mirror image of the station "Park Pobedy" of Arbatsko-Pokrovskaya metro line. The designers offer to complete the second half of the hall in the same architectural style as the first part of the hall.
