Exhibition “Realities of Russian rock. Continuation” dedicated to history of the Leningrad rock primarily has been opened in Navicula Artis Gallery in St. Petersburg.
This exposition may become the basis for the future museum of the Russian rock, the musician and the exhibition curator Vladimir Rekshan reported to RIA Novosti news agency.
Stage costumes, musical instruments, collections of recorder tapes… The items, which have remained after closing of Antrop Studio, where many albums of the Russian rock were recorded, also form part of the exposition.
Special place has been given to the Leningrad punk movement, whereas a small room is occupied with printing materials dedicated to the first rock bands of the USSR.
The exhibition runs at the address 10, Pushkin Street, St. Petersburg.
