On February 20, the government of Chelyabinsk Region approved the draft of the resolution, according to which the house of A.P. Kholodov is recognized a cultural heritage site of regional value.

      The house is located at the address 139A Kirov Street, Chelyabinsk.

      It should be noted that the house was built at the end of the 19th century and belonged to the merchant Andrey Kholodov. Now this building is housing Music Cchool No. 7.

      The house 139A in Kirov Street enters is a part of the set of two-storeyed buildings Kholodov's Profitable Houses. It was constructed in 1896-1906 and belonged to the merchant Andrey Petrovitch Kholodov. In historical documents this building is described as a stone two-storeyed house with 12 rooms, a storeroom, a wooden stable, the coach maker, a cellar and an iron covered canopy.
