The passenger train No. 5/6 "Lotos" Moscow - Astrakhan will now provide wireless access to the Internet. The service is available to all users with devices enabled with Wi-Fi function. Its price ranges from 390 to 990 rubles for the trip, depending on the amount of traffic.

The combined communications system “3G + satellite" is installed in the train connections carriage in order to receive a stronger signal. It should be noted that the "Federal Passenger Company" JSC is implementing the project introducing Wi-Fi to the most popular passenger trains of Russian Railways.

In the near future the service will be available for the passengers of the train No. 9/10 "Zhiguli" Moscow - Samara.
