For the first time the idea of setting up a monument to the musician and idol of the 1990s was considered in 2011.

      Then, a few initiative citizens addressed the governor with an appeal to help with perpetuation of the musician, and he gave a green light.

      In the presented monument project sketch the musician is depicted standing with a guitar case in his hand. Victor Tsoy will be executed to in full height - 185 centimeters tall. According to the authors’ concept, the musician is walking to his next concert and has stopped for an instant to look at a guiding star. By the way, the project authors offer to make a platform, which will symbolize “a star by the name of the Sun”.

      The following stage is the fund raising organization. After all, the monument to Victor Tsoy is planned to be financed by the community and sponsors. The state and municipal funds have not been planned for these purposes.
