Prokhorov's Onexim Sells Polyus Gold to Buy Rostelecom

Billionaire Prokhorov’s Onexim group has sold 37.78 percent of Polyus Gold International Limited.

Lizarazu Limited, controlled by MP Zelimkhan Mutsoev, acquired 18.5 percent for $1.7 billion while Gavriil Yushvaev’s Receza Limited got 19.28 percent for $1.8 billion.

The funds raised in two deals will be used to buy out a stake in Rostelecom, RIA Novosti news agency quotes anonymous sources as saying.
