EU Police Launch Probe in Magnitsky Case

Financial police of six EU countries have come forward to investigate the laundering of the Russian funds allegedly linked to the Magnitsky case. 

According to EU Observer, the list of states taking part in the probe includes Cyprus, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Austria and Finland.  

Sources within the European Commission have confirmed that the investigation has been launched.
