The park named after Mazhit Gafuri will be reconstructed in Ufa in 2017. As the press service of the government of Bashkortostan reports, the reconstruction involves the construction of the ski stadium and the park of extreme entertainment. The local authorities have already allocated a land plot for this purpose.

At present, the architectural concept of the route is designed and the runs are being cleared. In addition, other areas of recreation attractive for the guests of the city in the Bashkortostan capital will be changed in the future. For this purpose the draft projects were designed for the improvement of the Theatre Square, the park on the Gafuri street, the pedestrian area on the Lenina Street, the alley on the Tukaeva street and of the park named Salavat Yulayev. According to the design of the Ufa architects, these areas will be combined into a single large promenade area - from the Belaya quay to the Congress-Hall. According to the preliminary calculations, a walk through this area will take 1.5-2 hours.
