Tourist Train Will Run Between Moscow And Kazan
Kazan

The first tourist train launched in the post-Soviet period will have to come from Moscow to Kazan on March 30 of this year.

New excursion programs as a part of the tourist train project also suggest a visit to Kazan, as well as to the cities such as Bolgar and Sviyazhsk. The tourists who travel by the train will be also familiarized with the Tatar history and the national culture of the republic. In addition, the program of one-night stay includes meals.

Three trips are planned at the moment: from 29 to 31 March, from 1 to 3 May, as well as from 29 to 31 August. The trains will depart on Friday evenings (or on the holidays), then arrive in Kazan in the morning and to go back to Moscow already in the evening. The price of the tour will be about eight thousand rubles. For university and school groups discounts are provided.
