The art director of the Petersburg Circus on Fontanka Vyacheslav Polunin considers the building overhaul to be a priority.

"Overhaul is of prior importance for us, in order to restore the dome and ceiling paintings. One of the first projects will be a show with flight numbers. For this purpose we need a new roof, otherwise it simply won't sustain", - Vyacheslav Polunin said at a press conference.

According to him, for the time of repair the circus can move to a chapiteau. “Creation of the second arena becomes our second task. It is impossible to make a normal program without it”.

The art director of the Circus on Fontanka due to his appointment intends to spend five months in a year in Russia. His next plans include cooperation with Mikhail Shemyakin, Boris Grebenshchikov and Zapashny Brothers.

“I have given Snow Show to my children, therefore I will dedicate all the time to the circus", - Mr. Polunin emphasized.
