Forbes struck Roman Abramovich out of its top 100 global billionaires list for 2012.
Chelsea and Evraz Group owner stumbled down the ladder to 107th place, along with Severstal’s Aleksey Mordashov and Oleg Deripaska, who were downgraded to 73rd and 131st places, respectively.
Alisher Usmanov has kept the first place among Russia’s wealthiest, with a net worth of $17.6 billion, but slightly slid to 34th place. Trailing behind is Alfa Group’s Mikhail Fridman, with $16.5 billion, and Leonid Mikhelson, Novatek’s chairman of the management board, whose net worth was estimated at $15.4 billion.
