Russian Short-Length Movie to be Shown in Cannes

Russian short-length film Arena will be screened at the Cannes Film Festival within Short Film Corner event.

      This has been reported on the Filmpro.ru website.

      The 22-minute film was written and directed by Edward Bordukov. Arena tells about a collision of a young man from Uzbekistan with two police cadets.

      Short Film Corner is an event that has been held in the framework of the Cannes Film Festival since 2004.

      The 66th Cannes Dilm Festival will take place from May 15 to May 26, 2013.  The jury of the main competition will be headed by Steven Spielberg.
