The Five Prizes of the Arkhangelsk Region were Awarded in the Field of Culture and Art

In accordance with the decree of the Governor of the Arkhangelsk region the winners of the prizes of the Arkhangelsk region in the field of culture and art have been determined. The amount of each award is up to 25 thousand rubles.

      The prize was given to the film director, Honored Artist of Russia, Klavdia Khoroshavina for the creation of the documentary film "Alone in a stormy sea" dedicated to the 300th anniversary of M.V. Lomonosov. The team of the authors of the project of the Arkhangelsk Children's Library named after A.P. Gaidar "It`s a pleasure to talk about Lomonosov": the bibliographer, local historian Elena Kuznetsova, the leading methodist of the library Anna Makurina and the leading librarian of the hall of business reading Svetlana Novozhilova were also given the prize. The actor of the Pomorie Philharmonic Hall Alexander Spiranov was honored the prize for his great concert and public awareness activity. The Chief Architect of the “Creative Workshop of Restoration and Decor" LLC Vera Koltova was awarded the prize for her fruitful activity in this direction. The team of Kimzhenskiy cultural and exhibition centre: the director Evdokia Repitskaya, the artistic director Galina Kruptsova, the technician Natalia Kruptsova were awarded for the special projects of cultural heritage preservation.


The prizes of the Arkhangelsk region in the field of culture and art are awarded for the most talented, new and original works of fine arts, crafts, theater and circus arts, musical works that became a significant contribution to the culture of Pomorie.
