Russia's first high-tech centre of taxpayers` services opened in Ufa. The centre was created on the basis of clear zoning of the premises and separation of service processes which allows the taxpayers to easily and quickly navigate the selection of services and necessary information.

In addition, the project of the interior of the operating room design employs the space of the room to the maximum which allowed to increase the number of jobs for the employees and the number of waiting spaces for the taxpayers. The new operating room is equipped with queue management system, information booths (infomats) and computers of general access, children's playing area is also equipped in this centre.
