Creativity of Alexey Dementyevich Shmarinov (1933) is widely known both in this country and abroad.

He is a mature, accomplished artist, who has made a big way, traveled almost over entire Russia and almost half-way around the world, made numerous live art sketches and figurative impressions of his travels, but most of all he glorified his native Russia, its history and its infinitely beautiful nature.

The presentation of exposition Water Colors by Alexey Shmarinov will be the first among the exhibition projects timed to the anniversary of the outstanding artist.

The exhibition will take place in the Institute of the Russian Realistic Art Museum from April 4 to June 2.
