Hugh Laurie to Give Two Concerts in Russia

The British actor Hugh Laurie, the star of House, M.D series, will perform in Russia in support of his new album Didnt It Rain in Oktyabrsky Concert Hall in Petersburg on June 2 and the Moscow State Kremlin Palace on June 4.

      The record will be released on May 6. The album recorded at the Ocean Way studio in Los Angeles will be the second one in Laurie’s discography. Having released Didnt It Rain the musician will go on tour, starting from Minsk on May 31, and then Laurie will also visit Russia, where he performed for the first time last year in support of his debut album Let Them Talk of 2011. The Russian concerts were very popular, all tickets sold out, and it was even decided to arrange an additional show in Moscow.

      In the forthcoming tour Laurie will play with The Copper Bottom Band band, which took part and in recording of his new album.
