Billionaire and media mogul Alexander Lebedev has sold Red Wings for 1 rouble to a group of investors.

      He declined to name them although sources close to him say the investors are related to Guta Group.

      Red Wings, one of the national charter airlines, ran into trouble when one of its passenger jets skidded off the runway in Vnukovo Airport, just outside Moscow.

      The company grounded its planes following the accident and was later accused of safety rules violations and financial issues.
