Transneft has announced it will level out the size of dividends paid to the owners of preferred and ordinary shares.

The move is expected to bring more cash to the government which controls 100 percent of voting shares, or 78.1 percent of the charter capital, in the oil company.

The payments will total 37 percent of the RAS net income, which amounted to 10.6 billion roubles.
