Wizz Air, Europe’s fourth largest discounter airline, is in negotiations with several Russian airports over its plans to enter the market.

The Polish-Hungarian group has been keen to work in Russia, with plans to launch the local airline with a fleet of three jets and then expanding the network to 15-20 routes.

The airports appear to be reluctant to accept the offer, says Vedomosti daily, citing the current high traffic flow as a reason.
